Hello, I am
Cassandra Stewart

As a nurse navigator specializing in pelvic health, I serve as a guide and advocate for patients managing complex and often sensitive conditions. I help coordinate care across multiple specialties—like gynecology, urology, gastroenterology, physical therapy, and mental health—so my patients receive timely referrals, clear information, and ongoing support throughout their treatment journey. I act as a consistent point of contact, helping patients understand their diagnoses, navigate appointments and procedures, and stay connected to their care team.

I’m also here to offer education, emotional support, and symptom management tools tailored to each individual’s needs. I understand how pelvic health challenges can affect every aspect of a person’s life, and I approach my work with compassion and a trauma-informed perspective. My goal is to make the healthcare experience feel less overwhelming, more coordinated, and ultimately more empowering for each person I work with.

Hello, I am
Beth Shelly

As a doctor of physical therapy, board certified in women’s health and pelvic floor biofeedback, I help people of all ages and genders improve bladder and bowel control, reduce pain, and help return to the activities you love.   Whether you’re dealing with pelvic pain, urinary leakage, pelvic pressure, or difficulty returning to activity after childbirth or surgery, I will work with the Restoration Medicine team to uncover the root causes—not just manage symptoms.

We work together virtually on targeted exercises and practical strategies to restore normal pelvic and core function (Kegels to core). I teach you how to reconnect with your body by designing a treatment plan specifically for you including posture, breathing, muscle coordination, and daily habits. At Restoration Medicine we work together with occupational therapists, physicians, mental health providers, and others to ensure your care is complete and well-coordinated. My goal is to help you move freely, feel stronger, and live without limitations.

Hello, I am
Collette Rhoden

Pelvic health can be an overwhelming and vulnerable topic for many patients. That is why as a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health, I like to spend my time educating patients on their bodies and their mechanics so they have a better understanding of the diagnosis they have been given. The more you understand how your body works, the better attuned you are to helping aid in its recovery.

Whether you’re dealing with difficulty with sexual dysfunction (male or female), overactive bladder,  constipation, pelvic pain, urinary or fecal leakage, pelvic pressure, or difficulty returning to activity after childbirth or surgery, I work with the Restoration Medicine team to take the shame out of pelvic health and give the patients back the confidence they need to be diligent in their care. I  provide  trauma informed care and compassion in each session starting from day 1. Together, we’ll work virtually to assess breathing mechanics which plays an essential role in pelvic health, postural alignment in various positions, muscle strength and coordination, flexibility and other functional daily tasks to create an individualized treatment program based on your goals.

At Restoration Medicine we work together  with physicians, mental health providers, and other care members to ensure a well rounded approach to care without the hassle of having to jump from clinic to clinic , waiting to see numerous specialists while struggling with your current ailments. My goal is to help get you  stronger, pain free, and regain confidence to participate in your day to day routine without limitations of pelvic floor dysfunction.

Hello, I am
Resa Redhunt

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Restoration Medicine, I provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health therapy to support you as you’re navigating pelvic health challenges. I draw on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more to offer personalized care that meets each client where they are.

Through psychoeducation, emotional support, and skill-building, I help clients develop practical strategies to manage symptoms, build resilience, and improve overall well-being. My goal is to empower individuals to integrate these tools into their lives—both during treatment and long after it ends—so they feel supported and equipped on their healing journey.
